In the three decades that Javier has been immersed in the fragmented and atomized travel landscape, he has had the opportunity to experience first-hand the digital transformation of the services sector along with the constant changes in the industry ecosystem.

As Executive Director, member of the Board of Directors, Javier has been responsible for the successful co-leadership and co-management of the world’s leading bed bank and world’s largest B2B seller of travel ancillaries since its foundation.

As an acting leader, Javier has built lasting relationships with both privately held and publicly traded companies, working with the giants of the Travel Industry and the Real Estate arena, countless startups as well as with international thought leaders across all sectors.

Entrepreneurial by nature, over the years, Javier has focused on joining forces with the best minds in the business, with broad-ranging experience both in travel and in real estate.

Javier holds a Degree in Tourism, a Master of Business Administration, he is a Real Estate Property Advisor, a member of the Balearic Association of Real Estate Agents (ADPI – ABAI) and holds certification in High-Performance Leadership (HPL) from the IMB Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.

As UK Managing Director, as well as being a member of the UK Operational Board for Pearson, Trevor has been responsible for devising and implementing business strategy, driving strategic and organisational change and delivering operational excellence both in the UK as well as internationally.

Entrepreneurial by nature, in 2011 Trevor founded an educational training business, growing it to become a multi-million pound business and the leading provider within its sector and then successfully selling the business in March 2020.   Since March 2020 Trevor has operated as an independent educational business strategist advising on business growth and acquisition strategies. Trevor holds a Masters in Business Management and has lectured on Business Studies both in the UK and Internationally.

Along with his wife Francine, Trevor invested in Mallorca having purchased their own property in Palma as well as investing in Inhouse360.   Trevor now divides his time equally between London and Palma.

As deputy MD in Hotelbeds she was in charge of different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Callcenters and Client-connectivities, internationalizing the company and supporting the industry to grow within the digital changes of the services sector in the tourism industry ecosystem.

Entrepreneurial by nature, in 2016 she decided to co-found the company Xcale Consulting to support the industry in their digital-transformation journey.

The company is focused on IT developments and also owns XcaleAnalytics and XcalePlattform, tools to optimize the distribution journey and lead by data the businesses.

One of her experiences in her young years was in the Real State Arena: her Father has also a real state business in Germany, that’s why she’s entering this Adventure of Inhouse360: to share knowledge and experience and learn from other excellent professionals and persons.

Vanesa owns a university degree in Specialization in Real Estate Agent. She has extensive knowledge in real estate and town planning management, as well as real estate law.

During her two-year stage in Javier Navarro’s economic and tax office, Vanesa was able to grow her training by taking charge of property acquisition and sale management, cooperating with other real estate entities, and providing professional customer support. Her great communication skills allowed her to create synergies and networking links with clients, owners, and companies, contacts that are proving to be very useful in her current work as Personal Houser.

A graphic designer – graduated from Edib, Vanesa perfected her aesthetic taste during her time at Procuina where, in addition to being a manager, she was an interior designer and decorator, carrying out projects, plans, and budgets in direct contact with clients.

Thanks to this extensive experience, she has a great ability to respond quickly and effectively to any eventuality in the real estate sale and acquisition processes.
